Replenishment Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Replenishment Specialists assists Buyers/Head of Replenishment in responding to ad hoc requests and notification of replenishment-related problems (e.g. Out Of Stock or Over Stock) and lead preliminary investigations for root causes of the problems -Replenishment Specialist analyzes and defines item replenishment attributes for warehouse and stores to increase sales and gross profits from increasing item availability and reduce cost of inventory carried and shrinkage due to overstock. -Replenishment Specialist monitor and review overall replenishment attributed both warehouse and store including before/after promotion period and special event for all item categories: Perishable (Deli, Bakery, Produce, etc) / Non-perishable (Snack, Beverage & Cooking, Packed Food, Health & Beauty Care, General Merchandise, etc) / Non merchandise -Replenishment Specialist reviews and maintains of the replenishment attributes due to the changes of planograms, master schedule from warehouse to store, suppliers’ ordering and delivery schedule -Replenishment Specialist monitors and manages Purchase Orders for warehouse (Dry/Chilled), new PO-specific deal, DSD (Direct Store Delivery) PO Replenishment Specialist monitors and manages transfer and allocation from warehouse to store

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or in relevant courses -At least 1 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain management, buying and merchandising, replenishment, demand planning or the relevant positions, preferably in retail business will be a plus
