Buying Manager Own Brand (fresh,Grocery)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Analyze & review product categories for NPD & suppliers’ selection -Specify the direction of product development to satisfy consumer demand in needed aspects such as brand image, sales & profits -Assess profit standard of each product category to achieve target -Plan and specify the product quantities in each category to match the direction and policy of company -Assess market situation, analyze, plan and manage the assigned category to achieve sales and profit -Prepare monthly sales report and analyze report in every aspect such as sales of each department, each supplier, they're big about the lor each brand -Check label and packaging against approved design for submitting permission of printing -Following the implementation of planogram and liaise with Macro & Micro space for potential adjustment -Attend assortment review meeting in the responsible category with merchandising team -Develop efficient and effective working process under company policy -Control the performance of non move, non sales, shortage, hold product, MLOR and also other performance of department -Consult and solve problems about products, suppliers, branches according to department policy -Coach and mentor team to develop working performance and plan manpower and prepare needed information to train new staffs -Set KPI and evaluate & assess staff performance Support new projects as assigned such as cross BU synergy, new branch opening etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or related field -At least 3 years experience in buying Own brand -Good communication skill -Ability to be a Leader -Enthusiastic and good attitude -Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills -Reuire high degree of team work -Fluent in Thai and English
