Category Manager Skin Care

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Provide support to identify strategic direction development for marketing, digital marketing, trade marketing and visual merchandising to optimize profitability, growth and customer experience of product category -Implement financial goals and objectives to manage operating performance and budget -Develop marketing and digital marketing strategy with brand principals along with managing sales targets to ensure efficiency of marketing operations for a category of products -Monitor execution of all channels and performance of the brand to manage success of the category -Monitor analysis of previous performance to forecast and plan for sales of all marketing activities -Manage digital marketing by providing guidelines on partner selection to ensure effective impact, and drive -product penetration and sale volume among customers -Manage and develop vendor sourcing process to ensure cost, quality and delivery time -Manage analysis of visual merchandising plans to provide guidelines on the plan implementation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in related field -Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management -Have strong communication skills -Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills -Have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills -Be very detailed-oriented
