Restaurant Manager (ประจำร้าน Food Story Foodhall เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Roles and Responsibilities -Control and manage overall restaurant operations, including food production and delivery, order taking, equipment preparation, and operating cost, to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations, and satisfy customer needs -Respond to customer complaints fast and accurately to satisfy customers efficiently -Manage restaurant’s good image to ensure overall profitability of the restaurant -Supervise and organize shifts for staffs in restaurant -Monitor preparation of the kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment to maintain in good quality and ready for use -Coordinate with related team and functions, including front and back of the house operations, to provide advice or problem solving about restaurant operations -Control making summary reports of overall restaurant operations and expenses to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of staffs

• Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in related field -Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management -Have great understanding about food and beverage service, and restaurant management -Have good personality -Have service mind and good manners -Have good communication skills -Have leadership, motivational, and people skills -Good English
