• - Control kitchen operations in cooking and preparing food and beverage for restaurants and banquets under responsibility to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction in terms of ingredient quality and taste - Monitor preparation of ingredients following the standards to support kitchen operations effectively - Examine and control kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment in good quality and ready for use - Control creating new dishes to increase customer’s satisfaction and organization’s profitability - Control making reports to summarize overall food and beverage kitchen operations to propose to the supervisor - Take care and advise business analysts to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in related field - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field - Have good personality - Have service mind and good manners - Have good communication skills, especially verbal - Be responsible and enthusiastic - Good English
