หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Scope: • Communication, reporting, and consultation services for obtaining CMK's own FDA approval. • Import progress management with outsourced carrier and management of import-related documents. • Customs clearance work in cooperation with outsourced carrier. • Payment management related to import. • Retrieve sales/stock data to help buying manager analyzing. • Responsible for end-to-end documentation process such as price change, set up new vender, set up new item. • Support in preparing other documents e.g. build up document, daily sale report, weekly sale report monthly sale report • Coordinate with across functional.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Having experience in retail business would be advantage. • At least 1 year of experience in import business. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Open mind, understanding of different cultures, Japanese Lovers • Inevitable overtime, work on holidays as needed. • Business trip with accommodation as needed.
