หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Work as part of production team, prepare, cook and dispatch food on daily basis, ensuring consistency of food presentation, production amounts and portion control as per standardized menus. • Follow the Quality department Standard Operating Procedures ensuring full compliance, hygiene, Health, safety procedures, throughout all food handling and storage accurate recording of critical temperature controls, and thawing and chilling times, as well as completion of cleaning procedures as per cleaning policies and checklist. • Assist in ordering of food stock to ensure production has adequate stocks to meet projected business levels. • Ensure the removal of all food and packaging waste from production in hygienic and safe manner. • Ensure that wastage and production lost are registered properly • Ensure that the Stock is used on FIFO (First In First Out) / UBD (Use By Date) basis • Ensure that the final products are labeled correctly • Ensure that no expired products could be found in your area • Ensure that the equipment is used as per the Safety Procedures

• Qualifications • Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. • Knowledge of Health, Food Safety Procedures and Regulations • Expertise in relevant Food Production area (Kitchen, Bakery or Pastry) • Knowledge of Hazardous or Dangerous Product Regulations • Influence and Negotiation • Organization and analysis • Attention to detail
