Online Analyst Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Control and manage over all operations in warehouse, including goods receiving, imported goods, goods grouping, goods stocking, audit and packing, and goods returning, to support the operations in warehouse effectively aligning with rules, plans, and policies
• - Plan for manpower and shift schedules to prepare for each operation effectively and properly
• - Coordinate with accounting, vendors, and relevant functions to support in documentation, goods returning, aligning with plans, policies, and rules of warehouse
• - Plan and control space preparation and management to support warehouse operations in terms of stock movement, stock organizing, as well as received and grouped stock
• - Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
• - Control making summary report of warehouse management operations to propose to the direct supervisor and improve the performance of warehouse staffs
• - Manage relevant data and documents to submit to relevant functions accurately within time

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Understand Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Have skill of management and communication
• Have good computer skills
• Be able to coordinate
