Act as an Area Manager, driving sales of cheese and cold cut products across assigned stores.
Able to cut, repack, and pair cheese and cold cut items for sales or customer tasting purposes.
Maintain high standards of customer service, including educating and advising customers on cheese varieties in a friendly and approachable manner.
Ensure displays are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented, including cross-merchandising within the cheese section.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of various cheese and cold cut products, including origins, types, and uses.
Work closely with store staff to develop product knowledge and assist with cheese presentations and events.
Provide ongoing in-store training to team members and help improve selling techniques for cheese and cold cut items.
Identify sales opportunities and implement action plans to grow sales in the cheese category.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Bachelor’s degree in food business, Nutrition, or related fields

Above-average knowledge of cheese (including varieties, handling, and pairing)
Proven ability to develop sales strategies that enhance cheese product performance
Effective coaching and mentoring skills preferred
Capable of working collaboratively with management, colleagues, and customers
Ability to communicate in English
