· Engage with customers through chat platforms to handle sales-related inquiries, providing assistance with product information, pricing details, promotions, payments, and delivery updates.
· Coordinate with brand ambassadors to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
· Follow standard procedures to ensure efficiency, timely responses, and high-quality service.
· Manage performance metrics such as conversion rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
· Stay informed about luxury product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
· Planning for contacting customer
· Analysis & follow up by daily/ weekly/ Monthly in term of RPS
· Reporting (KPIs: Sales/ Contact/ Conversion/ NPS).
· Work closely with Omni Channel Champion & RPS team
· Feedback to HO for improvement opportunities.
· Tracking result of RPS team – no. of call/ sales
· Training product knowledge to store team
· Focus on E ordering & Omni feature
· Focus on Central App & other App for suggestion the best benefit to customer
· Focus NSC deal & turn to high conversion rate

Graduated Bachelor Degree
Proficient in foreign languages, especially English
Excellent Personality and Service Mind
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with chat platforms and basic computer applications.
