หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and manage overall operations of logistics and distribution, including goods receiving, delivery, import, and export, to ensure effective operations and support business plans
• Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of logistics and distribution to implement and support the operations effectively
• Provide support to stock and warehouse control to prepare for management and related operations
• Monitor and examine analyzing important data and documents related to logistics and distribution to support the operations effectively
• Coordinate with buying and merchandising, goods receiving, warehouse management, and related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions and support logistics and distribution operations
• Monitor making summary reports of overall logistics and distribution to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of logistics and distribution staffs and supervisors
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ใบรับรองเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย (ระดับผู้บริหาร/ผู้บริหาร)
• ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ในด้านการจัดการคลังสินค้า
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการ Audit สินค้า ก่อนส่งมอบสาขา
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ Stock Inventory
• มีความรู้ในระบบ WMOS System ( Warehouse Management System)
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ใน MS Office / MS Access
• ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
• ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล
• ความเข้าใจทางธุรกิจในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน และความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
• มีความรู้ระบบคลังสินค้า แมนฮัตตั้น*******
