หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate the entire restaurant operation - Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction - Respond efficiently to customer complaints - Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible - Organise and supervise shifts - Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory - Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations - Control costs and minimize waste - Shows enthusiasm about guest within the restaurant - Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis - Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations - Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness

• 1. Bachelor Degree 2. 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage, hotel or related 3. Good English communication 4. Proficiency in English 5.
