หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• General Description of Duties and Responsibilities: •Be responsible for the secondary level technical support for server and storage ,providing technical instructions for the front engineers •Be responsible for field technical support . •Provide the training to customers and front engineer. •Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual. •Install, Upgrade and configure the operating system. •Track and solve all technical issues promptly, provide technical support and suggestion, keep good cooperation with customer Candidate Requirement: •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/ Electrical /Computer Science fields. •Minimum 3 years experience in IT operations, Infrastructure service Support (System Management), Operation monitoring and customer support. •The candidate must master one of the OS, such as HP-UX, SUN SOLARIS or IBM AIX,Linux. •Minimum 3 year experience on daily maintenance and fault processing of server and storage technology NAS,SAN.. •Understanding and master the VMware ,Vsphere ,Ctrix. •Technology certification of IBM SUN HP EMC NETAPP will be a plus. •Flexibility and teamwork, ability in engineering management, good in communication and cooperation among different parties •Able to work under pressure, able to travel. •Proficiency in English, but if able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage
