Marketing Director (Mobile Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for marketing business of Thailand. Improve Huawei Device marketing capability and Sell out performance.Focus on improving Huawei phone retail ability in Thailand. • Follow Huawei Global Brand strategy, develop local and reachable marketing strategy by country. Set clear Brand target and index, continued to improve Huawei Brand. • Lead country marketing team develop Annual marketing plan base on Huawei product roadmap. Develop promotion plan and key product GTM plan for customer to improve Sell out Performance. Work closely with sale team, support key GTM project. • Help country marketing team improve marketing capability, PR, Media, Promotion, Event, etc. • Help Huawei Device improve reputation steadily. Build long and good relationship with Key Press, journalist, opinion leader. • Customer Relationship Management. Build good relationship with customer and provider’s marketing team in external. Meanwhile, make relationship with Huawei technology function Dept. such as marketing team and PR team, CEG team. • Investment management. Ensure that resources achieve high ROI of both MBF and CCF. Obey internal process strictly such as Purchase process, DMFP apply and payment process, etc. • Marketing team management. • Brand shop building and operation. • Agency management. To optimize and build strong agency platform. Qualifications and Skills: •Worked for other company at same level position at least 3 years. • Understand deeply the Mobile phone market and B2C process in both carrier and open market. • Be familiar with carrier tariff and resale business. Understand operator sales process and behavior. • Be familiar with Thailand handset industry. Clear market benchmark. • Have strong and steady marketing skills in all marketing functions. Have good track record of Branding and promiton. • Have good PR resource, customer resource. • Must be Strong responsibility, self motivated and capable of working under great pressure • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
