หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• General Description of Duties and Responsibilities: •Engineering: Installation and Commissioning the Telecom Application & Software product. Including platform such OS (UNIX based) and RDBMS (Informix & Oracle), Server and Mini-Computer (HP, IBM, Sun). From Project Beginning till PATC/FATC. Supervise Sub-Contractor for Hardware installation and Survey & Design. • Corrective Maintenance: Trouble Ticket Handling according to SLA and Maintenance Agreement. • Preventive Maintenance: Network Inspection, System Health-Check and Early-Warning deployment, According to Maintenance Agreement. Candidate Requirements: •Only Thai Citizen. • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering and Science disciplines including Tele-communication, Computer, ICT, Electronics, etc. • Had sound knowledge in “Telecom Application and Software” Project Roll-Out and Deployment. And Technical Support experience in related Telecommunication Software and Application, VAS, Such Intelligent Network (e.g. Prepaid Services), BSS, Billing, Messaging, Color Ring Back Tone, AAA and/or Data Streaming. • Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience in UNIX (HP, IBM, Sun) both in OS and Hardware Level. Including Windows based platform. • Strong knowledge and practical experience on RDBMS such as Informix, Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server 6.0 Database and basic SQL command. • Sound knowledge in Telecommunication Principle, GSM, CDMA, UMTS, NGN and PSTN, And Data Communication /Networking over TCP/IP protocol. • Good command of both spoken and written English.
