RF Engineer (Urgently Require!)

• Main Responsibilities: • To support Radio network planning & Optimization projects of GSM / CDMA2000+EVDO / UMTS+HSPA / WiMAX/3G. • To provide: Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit, etc. • To Support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation • To take part in the Preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project Main Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area. • 1 to 2 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience • Fresh graduated student with good result also encourange to apply. • Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, CDMA2000+EVDO, UMTS+HSPA or WiMAX systems. • Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization. • Experience in appointed as a Team Leader of RNP & RNO Projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management. • Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. • Tools experience for: RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc • Able to work in a fast paced working environment. • Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential. • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
