Travel Consultant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handling the calling and e-mails regarding any enquiries for hotel reservation, sightseeing, package from oversea travel agent. - To be able to provide accurate information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient traveling. - Making the quotation for the product / services to offer. - Making the reservation of accommodation or any services with service providers. - Coordinate with Operation Department for arranging cars, guides and etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/Female. Aged not over 30 years old - Thai nationality ONLY - Vocational/High Vocational/Bachelor Degree/Diploma about Tourism/Hotel management or Basic knowledge/experience of travel industry - Good computer skills in MS Office, Internet and E-mail - Good command of English in both reading and written - Good attitude, positive thinking and able to handle multiple tasks - Strong numeracy skills and data entry skill, good attention to detail, self-motivated with excellent communication and inter personal skills.
