Engineering Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for ensuring the production process can run smoothly without any unplanned breakdown machine 2. Plan and monitor the maintenance of machinery to ensure all machinery can operate smoothly and reduce the number of minor and major stopping 3. Responsible to enhance the machine performance through conducting engineering improvement project for certain machinery and make some adjustment to ensure the product quality that being produced conform with product quality specification. 4. Controlling for all maintenance documentation and analyzes the discrepancy in any documents 5. Initiate to improve the update knowledge and technology related with the machinery that being used and capable to become a trainer for the team 6. Monitoring the engineering performance (KPIs) and initiate action plan to improve or enhance the current performance 7. Improve labor productivity through controlling the amount of man power requirements in accordance with the production line and improving the team capability 8. Lead, motivate and supervise subordinates to ensure that all procedures and work instructions properly executed 9. Build the discipline working attitude among the team and keep up the good morale of team 10. Ensure that all subordinates carry out the process of TLC (Tightening, lubrication and checking) of machinery 11. Ensure implementation of cleaning and sanitation activities in daily and weekly basis are done effectively 12. Support the implementation and application of 5 S, Halal, GMP, ISO 22000 & HSE practices

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, age 25-35 years old. Thai resident. - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineer, also open to others - At least 3 years experience - Good command in both written & spoken English. - Possessing high self-confidence and strong -leadership skill, teamwork, self-motivated, initiator, yet a positive team player
