• Utilise full technical expertise on web applications development and support. • Provide continuous internal users support and interactions, analysis and programming, trouble-shooting, problem resolutions and prompt response to queries related to web applications and solutions. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all the related web applications internally, working closely with different departments and drive the requirements through to completion. • Design and develop web applications, reports, and supporting database schemas. • Provide end user support and document support requirements for web applications and oversee to ensure timely response and resolution to web application issues forwarded by end users. • Resolve all IT infrastructure problems and provide assistance on hardware and software for users. • Maintain and manage the IT hardware inventory of computer equipment and assets. • Ensure all computers and servers are well functioning, protected from viruses, hackers and always up to date with all critical patches installed correctly.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or its equivalents. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and web application. • Solid understanding of processes and technologies employed by desktop and server. • Good team player with a positive outlook and attitude. • Able to take instructions.
