• -Provide market, customer and competitor analysis -Support the marketing team in generating strategic planning and customer engagement tools -Output insight reports and related collaterals -Research and analyse key trends -Assess key performance data and provide impact analysis

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -A minimum of 3 years experience in a market intelligence, analyst or research role -Good knowledge of IT trends, strategies and technologies -Exceptional analytical skills with well rounded experience in: +Customer intelligence and insights +Market intelligence and insights +Competitor intelligence and insights -Strong quantitative analysis skills with expertise in Excel as a minimum -Good written, oral, and presentation communication abilities -Familiarity with forecasting techniques and data modeling -Ability to provide actionable insights based on trend, financial and performance analysis -Skilled in market research techniques and ability to synthesise large quantities of quantitative and qualitative information
