Accounting Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversee and manage daily operations of general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• - Responsible for month-end and year-end closing process. Ensure that month-end adjustments, amortization, depreciation, prepayments and accruals have been accurately posted into ERP.
• - Verify accounting entries before posting into ERP system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting guidelines and policies
• - Lead and provide oversight for month-end balance sheet reporting
• - Liaise with auditors during year-end audit process and manage deliverables and responding to auditor’s queries.
• - Review all payment transaction to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payment
• - Manage cash flow and banking operations. Prepare cashflow projection reports and recommend on cash management
• - Process company’s internal account transfers, ensuring transactions are approved and completed in time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in retail or F&B, with 3-5 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
