• Responsible for maximizing sales and revenue as well developing new business with prospective customers. • Developing the sales strategies to support the established targets • Conduct purchase negotiations, and develop Licensing contracts • Set up and recruit a new sales team • Lead the sales staff and ensure that the discipline and the operations are line with corporate policy

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in sales background preferable • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision • Expertise in MS Office • Fair command of English
