หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for overall compensation, benefits, and salary structure management. - Conducting compensation benchmarking, position classification, job evaluation and compensation, taking into consideration relative to all matters pertaining to company compensation philosophy and internal equity. - Evaluating, improving, and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems. - Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues. - Ensuring that subordinates are professionally trained and motivated and are provided scope for career development. -Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. - Assist in performance management processes. - Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. - Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. - Advise employer on policies and law like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
