Investor Relations Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and connect with potential investors (HNWIs, family offices, private funds, and institutional investors).
• Develop and manage a structured pipeline of investor relationships.
• Present investment opportunities clearly.
• Build trust and credibility with investors through consistent communication and transparency.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, ensuring all compliance and documentation are in place.
• Represent the company at networking events, investor meetings, and private gatherings.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in capital raising, investor relations, or private banking/wealth management.
• Strong personal network with HNWIs, family offices, or investment circles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Thai).
• Ability to articulate financial models in simple, compelling terms.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with high-level negotiations.
• Knowledge of real estate, finance, or private credit markets is a plus.
