หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Planning, organizing, leading and controlling production within the responsible area and ensuring the achievement of all related targets • estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers • Determining quality control standards • Plans and monitor production schedule. • Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements • Able to liaise and communicate with various departments • To follow through the orders from the start till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time • Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times • Preparing production reports. • Manage the inventory control function to ensure policy compliance and that the objectives of accuracy (count, serial, lot, etc), product protection, timely and correct flow of paperwork and materials, and employee productivity are achieved • Keep update the inventory of raw materials, work in process and finish goods with related parties • Prioritize customer order and confirm delivery date of customer orders. Promise date/schedule adjustment • Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to control inventory • Improve delivery performance inbound, inventory turn rates and logistics costs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Japanese or Thai , Male/Female 30 Years old up • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field • Have at least 5 years planning & production Control experiences • Independent & ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment • Positive attitude with good communication • Having strong analytical skill is required • Good command of Spoken and Written in Japan • Solid computer literacy in Excel is a must • Be able to work under pressure
