หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for leading the organization, capability and engagement development of Sales Team. • Responsible for setting direction & working with Marketing and concern department to capture value to achieve the target goals. • Monitor and track progress on a monthly basis and report on a quarterly basis versus scorecard and Target Account List. • Control budget and forecast activities in accordance with profit growth objectives. • Define optimal customer coverage and frequency plans for all relevant sales channels, leveraging new technologies. • Deploy, train, and execute the appropriate ways to Sales Team to maximize effectiveness. • Analyze current business trends and initiative progress on a national, regional and area level and share learning and action steps needed. • Feedback learning on current customer campaigns and/or competitors to concern department. • Lead Competitive Customer Conversion programs to grow/gain business. • Develop Sales Team to meet current and future business needs. • Coach, train, evaluate and plan career development of direct reports to develop into great leaders.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality, age between 30 – 35 years old. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in Sales, preferable in managerial skills in direct sales or related industry. • Experience in luxurious brands will be an advantage. • Strong leadership, good management and can coach the team. • Ability to work outside the office, oversea and stay overnight occasionally. • Excellent in English communication with computer efficiency. • Strong leadership with interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. • Can drive and possesses a valid car driving license.
