หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Initiate and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies and plans for the assigned products and ensure the implementation in line with corporate strategy and guideline. • Initiate and implement marketing promotional plans and activities to support sales growth, market shares, and awareness of the responsible product in the market. • Responsible for Above the Line and Below the Line Marketing. • Developing new products (formulation, feasibility, forecast, claims, unique selling proposition, pricing, etc.). • Conduct market analysis to identify customer satisfaction, marketing mix, price elasticity, response to advertisement, sales promotions, and alternative channels and sales systems. • Execute and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities. • Manage and control the allocated marketing budget ensuring that promotional expenses are within agreed limit and spent effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, Age over 32 years old. • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields. • At least 5 years experience in brand or product management, marketing strategic planning and promotion planning.  • Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Very good in relationship building and strong team player. • Good command of written and spoken in English.  • Computer literacy.
