หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Preparing processes and verifies the Company’s payroll processes. Ensures that monthly wage payments and relevant processes are timely and accurately implemented as per standard HR’s payroll work process, policies and procedures. • Responsible for payroll, performance appraisal including administrative function in order to support Company\'s strategic direction and long term goals. • To assist Human Resources Manager to administrate all company leave, payroll, welfare and tax payment to be inline with company policy and law requirement. • To assist Human Resources Manager to consolidate data and prepare report of performance appraisal to management. 

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s or Master’ s degree in Human Resources or related filed • At least 7 year experience in HR payroll process • Good command of spoken and written English • Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point) • Good in human relation, communication and co-ordination • Strong leadership skills with ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline • Work location at Samutsakorn
