หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To issue and bill placement to customers in compliance with customer schedule. • Assign messenger and control; or billing document filling • Deal with customers and sales person if there is any dispute on the invoice. • Monthly closing for AR related account i.e. bank, AR, WHT, VAT. • Preparation of AR report. • Monthly analysis on sales movement and project margin • Supporting sales team on tax matter (VAT,WHT)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Female, Age 26-30 • Bachelor degree in accounting field • Experience at least 3-4 years in related fields • Accounting and Tax knowledge • Good communication in English • Experience in AR work especially billing work, monthly closing and reporting analysis • Able to work independently and co-work in AR team • Computer knowledge in Microsoft office
