Human Resource & General Affair Manager (10 yrs exp in HR&GA;/ Up to 100k) (MSM 4488)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work as Human Resource & General Affair Manager to manage hr activities and operations - Develop strategies for manpower, recruiting, ER, training, and benefits as assigned - Responsible for outsource services in the company including consult higher management level about any HR issues - Work with team for management of budget (annual budget control/ management) - Be a key person to monitor office supplies, facilities, and services to ensure the all the operation can run smoothly - Purchase and procure for any required materials or services to support other departments in the company - Other related jobs as assigned by the higher management level

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/ Female, Age between 35 - 45 years old. - Bachelor degree or higher in any related field, human resource field will be a plus - Possess over 10 years of experience in Human Resource & General Affair with Strong Management Skills - Proven knowledge in Thai Labor Law and all duties in HR field - Excellent Command of English - Strong leadership skill, and good team management - Proficiency in Ms.Office, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, and Etc. (skills in payroll software are preferred)
