- Work closely as IT Customer Service Manager to ensure that all problems are dealt with by priority and customers' requirements - Responsible for improvement plan to review the problem trends raised from the matters - Analyze the problems for each cases, find solution and recommend the possible and pleasant solutions provided by the technical teams for business unit or department - Plan the monthly meeting to resolve the problems with the technical team or other concerned parties - Review the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) performance as assigned by the higher management level

- Male, Female, Age 28 - 35 years old. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT field, Computer Science, or any related field - At least 3 years experience in Helpdesk Support, IT Support, IT Helpdesk - Excellent and proven skills in Face-to-Face etiquette, and able to solve some unexpected non-technical problems when needed - Strong Analytical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skill - Excellent command of English
