หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Finding & Testing new IT solution to apply with business or system 2. Plan and Provide project document (compare solution) and present the best solution in meeting group 3. Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures. 4. Submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and budget concerned 5. Negotiate & contracts with Third party , consulting firms to perform research studies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science, Computer engineer, Electrical engineer, IT , MIS - Experience 1-5 Years in R&D System Ingegration ,Project management and Budget Control - Project Management and Implementation - Understanding of computer systems, applications, operating systems and Company Infrastructure In depth experience of negotiating influencing communication with and managing third parties.
