หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Train, control and monitor all Call Center Staffs. • Provide consequences, feedback, advice for improvements to Call Center staffs. • Provide performance reports including customer's service claim reports, customer surveys. • Coordinate with mailing outsource company for project related to regular mails or large column mails. • Handle complaints and / or request from customer especially concerning “general issue” As a project management: • Receive major requirements from Tripetch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., other business units or Unit Head and collect relevant data and information (both internal and external information), coordinate with TIS/all business units to find alternative solutions and implement the project in order to achieve set objectives, which are mainly related to CRM or service level improvements. • Implement the project, including monitor the project's progress and post evaluations, such as for Counter Service card.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or higher degree in any field • 5 -10 years experiences in managing call center development, customer service or customer experience management. • Experience in motor insurance or customer service is an advantage. • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure. • Strong in analytical, problem solving and communication skill. • Interpersonal and strong presentation skills. • Good command of English both spoken and written. • Computer literacy. • Broad knowledge & experience in motor insurance/ financial service industry is preferable.
