• "1. Single point of contact to deliver and manage high standard communications across customer and NTT to ensure that problem/incident are dealt with by priority and customer needs 2. Responsible for Ownership and Coordination of actions of those problems 3. To review the problem trends and planning and driving improvement plan 4. To be proactive in identifying problems, analyze and recommend service improvement plans with the possible solutions obtained from technical teams for department or business unit 5. Coordinates meetings to resolve problems by providing incident report or monthly meeting 6. Review SLA performance "

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• "• Age 28 – 35 years old. • Bachelor Degree or above in Information technology or other related. • 3 year minimum work experience in customer services (IT background). • Excellent face – to – face etiquette and ability to display a professional customer service attitude. • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills. • Fluent in both written and spoken in English. "
