หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• "To be response of Employee Relation. To coordinate with Welfare Committee & Union Committee for all employee suggestion and arrange the meeting follow by law. To follow the compliance of the company rules and regulations matter. Handle all activity ER job. Others job, which may be assigned by HR Manager."

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, age between 27 - 35 year.. Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field. At least 3-7 years work experience in ER & HRM in Industrial. Have knowledge HR-Labour Thai & Labour Protection Act. Strong Leadership, Interpersonal skill, Team work, Good communication, Working under pressure. Can driver and have license and computer MS.Officer (Word, Excel, Power point)."
