• "• Gather user's expectations / requirements and identify the business necessities. • Study system and process flow to streamline its operations through new apllication development or new business flow design. • Write down system specification and hand over to outsource programmers for further development. • Develop implementation plan and monitor the progress of plan against project milestones and budgets. • Coordinate and deal with external vendors on any project related. "

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• "• Male / Female, Age above 30 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or information technology. • At least 5 years in IT or related field. (Having Worked in an insurance company is a plus) • Able to communicate in English. • Project management and negotiation skill are required. • Work well with under pressure. • Strong leadership, coaching, supervises subordinates. "
