• Lead and manage a kitchen team of 25+ team members Oversee full culinary operations for All-Day Dining Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Manage daily kitchen operations in coordination with hotel management Control food cost, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing Develop and update menus aligned with Southeast Asian cuisine positioning Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operating standards Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and other hotel departments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant Strong leadership experience managing large teams (25+ staff) Excellent knowledge of Thai cuisine Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine Solid understanding of All-Day Dining operations Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (cost control, reporting, budgeting) Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with management and hotel teams Strong operational and organizational skills
