• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards Supervise and support kitchen staff during service Control food preparation, stock, and kitchen workflow Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards Support menu development and recipe execution

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Excellent knowledge of French and Italian cuisine Strong understanding of kitchen operations and classic cooking techniques Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure Team-oriented with a passion for food Good time management and problem-solving skills Can start immediately will be given special consideration
