• Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Description 1) Manage the financial and accounting activities of the company 2) Financial and investment planning, to support the corporate and new investment 3) Investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investments 4) Preparation of financial information for BOD/ Shareholders/ Investors/ Bankers 5) Monitor and control project disbursement and progress against budget or project schedule 6) Corporate tax planning by structuring for new business or certain transaction to save taxes 7) Strengthening relationships with banks, business partners and other financial institutions to support the business. 8) Coordinating with related departments; such as investor relations, auditor and external consultant on financial issues. 9) Ensuring the finance and accounting teams constantly improve and subordinates are coached for further development in their careers Qualification 1) Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields 2) At least 10 experience working in Accounting Management or Finance field from Financial service, Banking, holding company or Public Company 3) At least 3 years of experience working as a CFO 4) Background in manufacturing or in palm oil factory business will be an advantage 5) The applicant who is interested in stocks or capital will be specially considered
