Salary Range : Manager 50,000-60,000 Baht , AVP 80,000-100,000 Baht Company Business : Life Assurance Working Location : Huai Khwang  This candidate will be an important role of E-Contact Centre in assisting eBusiness channel management to develop strategies and tactical eBusiness channel tactics to grow both eBusiness new business and up selling, especially Online Contact Centre set up with vendor to be aligned with regulation and requirement with quality management within timeline and budget Key Activities Plan and implement Online Contact Centre strategies including content, content schedule, platforms and measurements Deliver eBusiness targets i.e. New business APE, Number of online customers, NBV, and its persistency. Monitor, syndicate, streamline E-Contact center with in-house CCC, E-Business, and sale depts. Quality control of call center agency knowledge by providing training and professional development initiatives and offer coaching and instruction. Coordinate with operations and other departments for NB submission, aftersales service, and persistency for telechannel. Deliver eBusiness targets thru E-Contact center Customer retention and E-Contact Center campaign Digitalized services and administration NB submission and inforce management for telemarketing sale from E-Contact center

• Qualification •Deliver eBusiness targets thru E-Contact center •Customer retention and E-Contact Center campaign •Digitalised services and administration •NB submission and inforce management for telemarketing sale from E-Contact center •Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related field •At least 5 year experience in insurance business and or financial services •Telesale experience is a must •Work well independently •Great time management skills •Collaborate with coworkers and interface with vendor with a good negotiation skill •Self-taught learner willing to read and keep up-to-date on technological changes •Knowledge in IT system (a plus) •English communication is a plus About Us B4B Co., Ltd. is Thailand Insurance Expertise & Human Resources Management Consulting.
