Salary Range : 80,000-110,000 Baht Company Business : Life Assurance Working Location : Huai Khwang  This position is the key to e-business team to drive both online sales and online lead generation of the new online distribution channel, by successfully develop strategy and ensure executions, which include: • Define, develop and implement e-Commerce business strategies for sustainable growth including online sales and lead generation • Identify and drive e-Commerce sales opportunities on entity/market level • Acquire e-business partners to drive growth of online sales in addition to direct online channel • Manage e-business partners as well as contracts and contract renewal • New e-business project implementation, including working closely with vendors to be aligned with regulations and requirements with quality management within timeline and budget • Monitor all initiatives from idea, goal-setting, implementation to performance review, interfacing with internal stakeholders on all operational, technical and execution related projects and customers/partners when necessary • Facilitate the development and deployment of e-Commerce specific metrics including sales and lead generation • Business requirement for necessary digital tools for fulfilling e-business objectives • Training and professional development initiatives and offer coaching and instruction • Manage opportunity in social media command centre to deliver e-business user experience and customer satisfaction • Define segmentation for digitalized tools development to deliver business e.g. concept approval of segmented lead for personalized content • Manage aftersales service, customer satisfaction, and persistency for online sale as well as increase number of product per customer for up-selling opportunities by working closely with Operation, IT, Marketing, Distribution teams. • Oversee e-business product strategy and work closely with product development team. Oversee MIS and reporting for e-business KPIs. Oversee Event Coordination

• Key Responsibility Area: • Online affiliate business development, Segmentation and smart data, Direct channel set up • New project / Process Improvement for e-business and Lead Management Qualifications: • Bachelor/Master degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Computer science or related field • 7-10 years of experience in insurance business, Finance and Banking background. • Digital marketing / E-Commerce knowledge experience. Understanding of sales process from end to end • Strong experiences in Sales Department with nature of sales, Strong Insurance product background is a must. • Database management / digital analytic/CRM experience • Proven hard working mindset, Analytical skill, Numbers driven About Us B4B Co., Ltd. is Thailand Insurance Expertise & Human Resources Management Consulting.
