หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• About Client Our client is a leader in Frozen Seafood and processed Tuna business, presently operates 5 factories (BKK, Samutsakhon, Surathani, Phetburi) processing many products of Fisu Hiraki (Sillago Fish Fillet), Frozen Raw and Cooked Cultivated Black Tiger and Sea Shrimp etc. The products are exported to worldwide including Japan, USA, Canada, Germany etc. They employ over 6,000 workers. Now they are seeking for competent, enthusiastic and qualified candidates for the above vacancies. They offer an attractive compensation, benefits package to the successful candidates. Type of Business : Frozen Seafood and processed Business Working Location : Samutsakhon Working Days : Mondays – Fridays and haft day in Saturdays Salary Range : 120,000 –150,000 Baht, Performance Bonus : 0-3 months Responsibilities; 1) Develops corporate HR strategies to in line with organizational objectives. 2) Lead to develop and standardize HR policies, salary structure, etc. for 5 factories 3) Carry out of a group of company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management. 4) Ensure all Human Resource policies and procedures, HR Strategies and HR operation align with company goal, core values, and all relevant legal requirements 5) Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the HR department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment. 6) Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai Nationality, Male or Female, 40–50 Years old • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related fields • >10 years of experience in HR functions including HR Strategy/Planning, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relation. • > 3 years of experience in HR Management level in multinational companies, manufacturing facility with more than 2,000 staff • Professional in Organizational management, analytical and good problematic solving skills. • Strong leadership with effective communications and interpersonal skills. • Fair English communication skills
