หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• About our client: Our Client is one of Thailand's leading life insurance companies with a total asset value of 1.15 hundred billion Baht, operate 11 Service Centers, and over 263 agency offices nationwide throughout Thailand to their customers with 1.44 million insurance policies. Now they are seeking for competent, enthusiastic and qualified candidates for the above vacancies. They offer an attractive compensation, benefits package to the successful candidates. Responsibilities; Support to define the strategic direction, objectives and goals of Agency Department, and plan for achievement. This includes analyzing, understanding and formulating the recommended strategy by the consideration of key drivers for sales revenues (e.g. products generating revenues, sales case size patterns, sales pipelines, projected sales numb). In addition, this position provides reporting and administration, and day-to-day supports regarding to reporting and administration administrative actives for Agency Field Support, or the other relevant parties. 1) Agency Planning, Budgeting and Activity Management  Follow up and understand industry movement, trends, company products and services, and other sales related information  Perform analysis on market trend and competitors  Work closely with Head of Agency Field Management to define the strategic direction, objectives and goals of Agency Development and plan for achievement.  Develop the policies and provide strategic plans which are designed to achieve these objectives  Measure the effectiveness of Agency Division’s strategy by conducting SWOT analysis  Analyze, understand and help formulating the recommended strategy by consideration of key drivers for sales revenues (e.g. products generating revenues, sales case size patterns, sales pipelines, projected sales numb)  Track and monitor the actual sales performance against sales target of each region and MIS team  Perform further analysis, define the areas of improvement, and provide recommendation for Head of Agency Field Management  Define the requirement for additional supports  Manage the activities in each region, by monitoring on budgets, forecasted sales revenues and expense ration 2) Reporting and Administration  Provide day-to-day supports reporting/administration supports and consultancy services regarding to administration to Agency Field Management, or the other relevant parties  Provide the reports to Agency Field Management, or the other relevant parties (e.g. budget preparation, sales performance reports to Agency Compensation, Agency Field Management’s expense) 3) Deliver ad-hoc and corporate initiatives projects as assigned  Study project related materials, Participate in required meetings, Give feedbacks to related parties  Deliver tasks as assigned, Prepare reports, Present key findings and concerns to working team, if required and have consensus on solutions/next steps together Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in BA , Statistic, Economic or related fields. • At least 3-5 years of experience in MIS, Science, Agency Field Management, Sales planning or other related fields in insurance or banking business. • Good statistic knowledge, research Methodology, Project Management Presentation Skill, Communication skill • Very Good Influencing, Persuading and Project Management Skills. • Good in English communication skills
