Business Analyst (Non-Life Insurance)

• Type of Business : Non-Life Insurance Business Working Location : BTS-Chid Lom, Bangkok Job Accountabilities 1) Gather business requirements and business processes from business users and 2) Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect of the processes 3) Perform business analysis methodology to identify business gap 4) Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram 5) Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solution 6) Manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverables 7) Involve with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Qualifications; • 3 – 5 years of work experience in IT or operation with proven record of requirement gathering, analysis, etc. • Experience in Non-life Insurance business and process • Full understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) • Solid understanding of Systems Development
