หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Deliver successful projects to our clients on time to budgets that meet and exceed our customers’ expectation. • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer’s business background, current business issues. • Meet our customer to understand customer’s project needs in order to develop proposal that offer appropriate research solutions for customers. • Estimate project costing, monitoring and controlling of cost. • Communicate with other departments about project requirements, expectation, quota and timing. • Develop discussion guide or questionnaire which response to project’s objectives and as agreed with customers. • Observe fieldwork interviews and provide suggestions to Operations management to improve performance • Establish data analysis framework, communicate and co-ordinate with data analyst. • Monitor the analysis output to meet project’s objectives and carefully interpret the data. • Complete report writing and offer insightful recommendation. • Deliver presentations and reports.
