Assistant Vice President of Operations (Hotel Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scope of responsibility - Leads the short and long-term strategic plan development for hotels and residential, including the individual hotel & residential Business, Revenue, Human Resources, Technology and Capital Plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and targets - Ensures effective Hotels organizational structures, processes and procedures to maintain top of brand performance - Develops and ensures execution of annual property financial budgets - Review and analyzes monthly financial results and works in collaboration of with hotel teams to achieve key performance indicators: net operating income, REVPAR index, guest satisfaction index, staff satisfaction, hotel inspections, capital execution and sustainability - Conducts property inspections to ensure adherence to service standards and building asset maintenance - Collaborates with Business Development in the preparation of development proposals and forecasts - Attend and participates in Design and Construction meetings for assigned projects as required - Collaborates with Head Office throughout new hotels takeover processes - Ensures full compliance with all TCC policies and procedures - Ensures full compliance with all regulatory and statutory regulations and requirements, including but not limited to: health, liquor, labor, environmental and fire code regulations. Maintains up to date on all changes to regulatory requirements affecting hotel operations

• QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Hotel Management - Minimum 5 years work experience in a senior hotel operation
