AVP - Apartment

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities for service apartments, apartments, and long-stay accommodations, including existing buildings, vacant land, and conversion projects.
• - Develop and implement strategic plans to turn these opportunities into profitable ventures, leveraging market insights and capitalizing on potential capital gains in the future.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, legal, finance, and marketing to execute projects effectively and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• - Lead negotiations for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships to expand our residential portfolio and drive growth.
• - Oversee the development and implementation of master plans for residential projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decisionmaking and mitigate risks.
• - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• - Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development with a well-known developer in Thailand, with a focus on residential properties.
• - Proven track record of success in identifying and executing real estate opportunities, maximizing capital gains, and driving business growth.
• - Strong business development skills with the ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate deals effectively.
• - Deep understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to building codes, zoning regulations, and land use policies in Thailand.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interper
