หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Operational Management - Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and minibars
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols (HACCP, local regulations)
• Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Financial & Budget Control - Develop and manage F&B budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls
• Optimize food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost to maximize profitability
• Implement pricing strategies (menu engineering, promotions, upselling)
• Guest Experience & Satisfaction - Ensure high service standards across all F&B outlets
• Staff Leadership & Training - Develop F&B promotions, seasonal menus, and partnership deals
• Banquet & Event Management - Plan and execute weddings, conferences, and social events
• Compliance & Safety - Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing, food safety, and labor laws
