หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Sourcing the potential candidates and pre-screen candidates who’s qualified to meet client requirement
• • Conduct interviews with candidates on the shortlist or phone
• • Handled the tasks of IT outsourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile
• • Negotiated the salary structure as well as the arrangement of the interview schedule.
• • Handled job postings and social media as well.
• • Keep tracking the recruitment process and dealing directly with candidates
• • Support all in the recruitment function.
• • Responsible for the development of relationships with staff.
• • Analyzed the refuse job offering reason, resolved the problem, and initiated the new action plan with the manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields
• • At least 3 years experience in recruiting in full-cycle environment, focusing on IT/Tech
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good open-mindedness, flexibility and adaptability, a positive attitude, analytical and critical thinking, negotiation, and persuasion.
• • Good command of English as well as verbal and written skills.
• • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word.
• • Knowledge Outlook.
• • Knowledge of the MS Team
