Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work as project leader to control project scope, cost, and timeline to deliver solutions to meet business initiatives and stakeholder’s expectations
• Bridge the gaps between business users and IT in-house/outsource development by performing business analyst role to analyze business requirements and propose IT solutions
• Manage key stakeholders and users to satisfy their expectations
• Optimize work process and initiate best practice IT solutions to support business initiatives
• Collaborate with all IT sections to ensure high quality software, project cost, and timeline
• Provide and/or facilitate trainings to end-users to meet business requirements
• Study business workflow, data interpretation, and data analysis to improve and/or initiate effective workflow/process
• Perform other duties and assignments instructed by the superior

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor/higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT related fields
• Self-motivated, initiative, fast learner, and able to work independently
• Strong in technical and business analysis skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Experience in Business Analyst in Insurance Business
• Experience in Project Manager is preferable
• Hands-on experience with the entire SDLC and/or Agile development
• Experience with Web Technology, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Database, and SQL
• Experience with Java, .NET, Mobile Application, or UX/UI is an advantage
• Experience with AS400 or insurance platform is also an advantage
